With pub classics, succulent steaks, seafood and bargain baskets there’s a choice for everyone on any budget.

Our chefs source the freshest local ingredients and have created an extensive menu.

Our succulent, tender steaks, presented in the unique Coppice fashion are rapidly becoming legendary with customers arriving from far & wide after hearing about them from friends and family.

Home-made fish specials will delight lovers of seafood, and we also serve pub classics such as beer-battered fish and chips, steak and ale pie (both made, of course, with the finest Keltek real ale), home-made burgers, salads and warm, open artisan sandwiches.

Sunday carvery is also a speciality at the Coppice, and our pub has won a strong reputation for offering what is perhaps the finest carvery in the area by serving a hearty selection of roasted meats and fresh, seasonal vegetables that are frequently renewed during service to maintain the highest quality. A roast that’s every bit as good – and as fresh – but with a wider choice than you could offer at home – that’s what’s on offer at the Coppice on Sundays. It is very popular and so it’s a good idea to book in advance.

We are also pleased to announce the introduction of our new Bargain Baskets menu, which offers a wide selection of delicious meals and snacks at great prices, served in our generously sized baskets.

There is a new menu due to be released shortly. It’ll be uploaded here to view on line in the next few days

The Coppice has already reached a four star food hygiene rating and we are fully expecting to achieve the maximum possible five stars at our next inspection.
